• Senior Assistant Officer (HR) : Graduate in any discipline with at least two years’ full-time Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Post Graduate Programme in HR/Personnel/Industrial Relations/Personnel Management or related areas from a recognized University/Institution with minimum 60% marks and Minimum 02-year experience in an organization of repute dealing with Human Resources/Administration matters, preferably following areas: Establishment, Industrial Relations/Recruitment, Manpower Planning, Performance Appraisal System, General Administration, Statutory Compliance and other related areas.
• Senior Assistant Officer (Law) : Bachelor’s Degree in Law or 5-year integrated Law degree from a recognized University/Institution with minimum 60% marks and Minimum 02-year experience in an organization of repute, dealing with litigation handling, vetting contracts and documents, providing legal opinions, dispute resolution, statutory and regulatory compliance, dealing with regulatory authorities, and advising on legal matters.
• Senior Assistant Engineer (Electrical) : B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution and Minimum 02 years executive experience in power sector (including training period, if any) in Operation/Erection/Engineering or thereof in the relevant discipline in a power plant.
• Senior Assistant Engineer (Mechanical) : B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution and Minimum 02 years executive experience in power sector (including training period, if any) in Operation/Erection/Engineering or thereof in the relevant discipline in a power plant.
• Senior Assistant Engineer (C&I) : B.E./B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics/Instrumentation & Control/Instrumentation Engineering with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution and Minimum 02 years executive experience in power sector (including training period, if any) in Operation/Erection/Engineering or thereof in the relevant discipline in a power plant.
• Senior Assistant Engineer (IT/ERP) : B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology/Computer & Electronics & Communication with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution and Minimum 02 years executive experience in an organization of repute dealing with infrastructure systems and operations that may include overseeing network security, software development etc.
