  3. Photo Specifications: Upload a color photograph (4-12 kb) with a white background. The photo must consist of 75% face of the candidate and have a resolution of 100 pixel width x 120 pixel height.
  4. Signature Specifications: Upload signature (4-12 kb) in black or dark blue ink only, with a resolution of 140 pixel width x 60 pixel height.
  5. Fee Payment: Pay ₹100 via Part-III using Net Banking/UPI (exempt categories skip this).
