Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree: B.E./B.Tech./Equivalent degree in relevant branch from a recognized University/Institute with 80% marks or 8.5 CGPA (10-point scale) and a valid GATE score.
• Master’s Degree: M.Tech in relevant branch from a recognized University/Institute with 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA (10-point scale) and a valid GATE/NET score.
• For SC/ST/PwD: Minimum 55% marks or 6.0 CGPA on 10-point scale with valid GATE/NET score.
• Note: A valid GATE/NET score is mandatory for all candidates.
